What a scripted session looks like

Each of the 24 sessions is laid out the same way: warm-up, main block, cool-down, and coach notes. No guesswork. Print it, clip it to the board, run the room.

  • Phase-aware progression: Weeks 1–4 Foundation, 5–8 Build, 9–12 Perform.
  • Regressions and progressions built in for every exercise.
