Crucible Fitness was built by 22-year-old trainer Alex Sotolongo, a lifelong athlete and coach with years of experience in both personal training and high-level group fitness. Raised in the fitness industry and surrounded by leaders who shaped modern training culture, Alex developed a deep understanding of strength training, conditioning, nutrition, and the discipline required to transform the body.
